I am facing this problem, and the strange thing is that on the last version prior to 40.9.4.6 the virtual Background on my iMac 21.5 Late 2015, 2,8 Ghz i5 Quad Core with 16GB Ram running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6 (19G2021) worked. Now that I upade to Cisco Webex Meeting 40.9.4.6 the option has disappear. We have a Mac client, Jabber for Mac. Homeworld remastered for mac os. It is not a new client.
